We accept Personal Checks, American Express, Visa, & MasterCard .These are by phone orders. We do not accept PayPal

2)  Most items will be shipped by U.S.P.S. or UPS . Larger purchases will use local and nationally recognized delivery services that are sensitive to the care of  your Antique(s). All arrangements must be made and agreed to, prior to shipment

3) OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including    any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us and ask us about the item before placing your order.    If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by    phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s)if    returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible.    Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be    received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

5) OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Claims for items shipped via Federal Express or the US Postal Service which arrived damaged will be     processed in accordance with FedEx or USPS policy. You must notify Eustace & Zamus Antiques as soon as possible and keep all     packing materials and damaged items. Claims can not be processed without the packing materials. Furniture and other items shipped via     transport companies are ALWAYS shipped with the appropriate insurance, Items damaged in shipping will be referred to the transport company’s insurance underwriter. Under no circumstance should the Item be shipped back to Eustace & Zamus Antiques.
Please take photos of the Damage at the time of delivery, this will help your claim with the insurance company.
